Community Agreements

This is an anti-oppression learning community. We know that love and accountability go hand in hand.

We will do our best to:  

1. Speak with respect, speak for ourselves, share our own experiences.

2. Listen with curiosity, ask questions.

3. Value others’ experiences and points of view.

4. Take responsibility for impact.

5. Share air-space/time equally.

6. Connect with our bodies and stay present.

7. Bring awareness of our own identities and privileges and avoid assumptions about others’ identities.

8. Allow for imperfection- make mistakes, learn and repair

9. Bring our love of ourselves, our love of our community and our love of this world.
