Your guide
Ella is a certified coach who has helped hundreds of leaders grow into grounded confidence. In over 30 years of experience, her clients have included local governments, congressional and legislative campaigns, elected officials, national and local non-profits and foundations.
Ella is initiated in the Reclaiming tradition of witchcraft and been studying witchcraft for more than 30 years. She has led rituals for hundreds of singing witches deep in the woods and thousands of progressive leaders (who couldn’t put their finger on why her meetings are so powerful.) She is obsessed with tarot and uses it nearly every day to ground and reconnect with her intuition and the pulse of magic that underlies all.
Her unique combination of political experience and wise intuition, practical tools and ancient witchcraft come together in her guidance of this program.
