Welcome to The Progressive Witch workshops.
The purpose these workshops is twofold:
1. To add the ancient tools of witchcraft to your leadership skillset, so that you wield your power on every level at once: visible and invisible, magical and practical, grounded and unstoppable.
2. To strengthen and grow the community of progressive professionals who are making this kind of magic, and identify each other as allies when we move through political spaces.
Maybe you’ve entered a work meeting lately and you felt unexpectedly outnumbered.
Or you’ve been in a group setting where your personal power was blocked even though you knew that your insight mattered.
If it's happening to you, you’re not imagining it and you are not alone.
Those of us who regularly engage in work or life encounters where we are questioned or undermined are all feel the drain of our life force. We’ve tried to boost our confidence but the tools they teach us at work about time-management or conflict resolution just don’t work anymore. They don’t teach us how to protect our peace.
